Keto Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and slightly charred.
  4. Remove skillet from heat, add chopped parsley and toss to combine.
  5. Serve the shrimp with the lemon garlic butter sauce and enjoy!

Note: You can serve it over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles to make it a complete low-carb meal.
