Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink and slightly charred.
- Remove skillet from heat, add chopped parsley and toss to combine.
- Serve the shrimp with the lemon garlic butter sauce and enjoy!
Note: You can serve it over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles to make it a complete low-carb meal.
