Keto Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Serve the dip with low-carb crackers or vegetables like celery, carrots or bell pepper strips.

Note: You can also make it in a slow cooker or Instant Pot
