Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve the dip with low-carb crackers or vegetables like celery, carrots or bell pepper strips.
