Keto Creamy Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the garlic and shrimp to the skillet and cook until the shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is thickened.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
