Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the garlic and shrimp to the skillet and cook until the shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
