Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- Optional: 2 cloves of garlic, minced and your preferred herbs
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the olive oil or avocado oil to the skillet and let it heat up.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- You can add minced garlic and herbs at this stage, cook for another minute.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
- Enjoy!
Note: You can serve it with a side of cauliflower rice, green beans or a salad for a complete low-carb meal.
