Easy Pan Seared Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • Optional: 2 cloves of garlic, minced and your preferred herbs

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the olive oil or avocado oil to the skillet and let it heat up.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. You can add minced garlic and herbs at this stage, cook for another minute.
  6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
  7. Enjoy!

Note: You can serve it with a side of cauliflower rice, green beans or a salad for a complete low-carb meal.
