Keto Creamy Garlic Shrimp”

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the butter and minced garlic, cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and slightly charred.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium-low, then add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley to the skillet.
  5. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the shrimp with the creamy garlic sauce and enjoy!

Note: This recipe can be served over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles to make it a complete low-carb meal.
