Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the butter and minced garlic, cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink and slightly charred.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low, then add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley to the skillet.
- Cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the shrimp with the creamy garlic sauce and enjoy!
Note: This recipe can be served over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles to make it a complete low-carb meal.
