
This is 2 Seattle Sourdough rounds (3pt) layered with 2oz of smoked salmon mixed with fat free Greek yogurt and fat free cottage cheese, topped with 2 soft boiled eggs, 6 grams of Kewpie Japanese mayo (1pt), green onion, everything but the bagel seasoning, salt, pepper and Togarashi.
Made this today for breakfast and it was SO filling! I added some apple on the side for fiber.
WW points has really taught me to think about zero point foods first. If you’re feeling hungry all the time — add in zero point foods! Especially protein and fiber.
