Ingredients:

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and melted butter or coconut oil together.

  6. Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
