7pt Mediterranean inspired bowl – So filling!

Greek inspired bowl including: 7 oz quinoa Za’atar and yogurt marinated chicken breast Roasted chickpeas Roasted broccoli Cucumber, red onion, tomato, lemon, dill parsley Dressing made from fat free Greek yogurt, lemon, garlic, red onion, parsley, dill, salt and water 2oz feta Pepperonis Spicy harissa sauce

Only things I had to track was the feta and quinoa. This is why I love WW so much. I would not have it in me to track all of this and I would give up.

Also is it just me or is quinoa more filling than rice? I could not finish this bowl but it tasted so good. My biggest hacks right now are adding beans/chickpeas to every meal. They’re 0 points, insanely filling and extra protein! I wasn’t even a big fan of chickpeas before starting WW but love them roasted. Whole family loved this meal, kids had the ingredients in separate piles on their plates and went back for seconds!
